im using
ftp.debian.org experimental main
and
pkg-gnome.alioth.debian.org experiemental main

Are you still using the unstable sources too? If all you have in your /etc/apt/sources.list is the experimental sources, then I would gander that this is your problem. Experimental is *not* a full archive.

Debian packages says:

Package libcroco2
* unstable (libs): a generic Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) parsing and manipulation toolkit

0.5.1-1: alpha arm hppa i386 ia64 m68k mips mipsel powerpc s390 sparc

My /etc/apt/sources.list looks like this:

deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main
deb-src http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main
deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US/ unstable/non-US main
deb-src http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable/non-US main

# Gnome 2.6 Experimental sources
deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian ../project/experimental main
deb http://pkg-gnome.alioth.debian.org/debian experimental main
deb-src http://pkg-gnome.alioth.debian.org/debian experimental main

# Zack's current pbbuttons packages
deb http://www.bononia.it/~zack/ debian/
deb-src http://www.bononia.it/~zack/ debian/
