I'm not able to isolate a problematic scenario. But in my experience
with kernel preemption all works well for a few days (since I tend to
never shutdown my laptop, but rather I use always standby) and then I
experience the same behaviour mentioned in this thread: fonts problems,
sound crackling, gcc segfaults, ecc.
