Hello, thanks a lot guys! With 2.6.7 i got alsa running for the first time on my late 2001 iBook2 (PowerBook4,1). It's working out of the box. There's only one minor problem left: the battstat-applet appears to be empty although i'm on AC and it's full actually. Is there anything one can do about that? Oh, and is there a way to let the user shutdown the machine via the gnome-session logout dialog? Thanks again, Rob
