Well, some more test results (i have to get it working...).
You latest netboot images give this:
prep and ofonly(floppy): "Now booting the kernel" (et puis pof... ;)
chrp-rs6k (yes, i tried even this one): -- \
   Message in OF console:
	chrpboot starting : loaded at 0x00800000
	initial ramdisk moving 0x3e67000 <- 0x009ff000 (198585 bytes)
	gunzipping 0x00010000 <- 0x009fead8 ... done 4435796 bytes
	50488 bytes of heap consumed, max in use 41448
	start address = 0x10000
	opening display /pci/svideo@8 ... ok
	copying OF device tree ... done
	calling quiesce ...
	returning 0x07477000 from prom_init

Yes, i tried deseperately anything... but it seems back to my 2.4.x 
kernel not booting problem of one month ago...
