No, but if it was a build problem as was claimed, it would have.

Yep, read it, i had it in my personal archive, but thanks anyway.

A true bug report is always better though, it is easier to remember them
when wanting to work on packages, or checking when doing a new release.

BTW, are all the bug reports that are against older 2.4 kernel still
worth it ? I will follow up on them and try to close them if they are no
more present today.
