Yep, it is my fault. As the changelog says, i took over maintainership
of those packages from Dan, and uploaded this package with just the
maintainer field modified, thinking it would work ok.

But, i have a pegasos, which is pop and chrp related, and not a
powermac. So make-kpkg detected my box as a chrp, and produced the
kernel accordyinlgy, which naturally does not work for for pmac boxes.

I am currently rebuilding the package, after having overriden the
make-kpkg subarch guessing, which should solve the problem. It will
finish building in one hour or so, but it xwill be to late for todays
dinstall run, so it will be there tomorrow. That said, the -2 package is
still in the archive, as it is the version currently in testing, and a
RC bug has already been filled against -3, so -2 will stay available.

Now, this poses a problem, it means that the kernel-patch-2.4.20-powerpc
is in truth pmac only, and should better be named
kernel-patch-2.4.20-powerpc-pmac or something such ? Or am i missing
something ?

Again, i apologize for the problem my upload has caused, it will not
happen again, and i hope to have it fixed by tomorrow afternoon.

Friendly,

Sven Luther
