Hi, No complaints or requests for help this time, just a thanks for helping me get a working debian system on a beige G3. Like Simon, I gave up on configuring quik a while back and then had problems with the x server. Other projects took me away from the G3, but I finally got it working with a graphical interface. I know, gui's aren't all that, but I want to switch 35 G3s in a student lab to debian and I need a proof of concept. And now I have it. Matt
