Yes you're right. After this thread I got to know a little more about kernel-source
and kernel-patch. I didn't know about kernel-patch-benh which apparently does everything
I need my kernel to do. This makes it hot, for me at least.

Could you point me to some info? I am trying to learn kernel-package and friends.
E.g.: /usr/share/doc/kernel-patch-benh/ is quite empty...
