scsitools build failure

The ia64 port needs the latest version of scsitools, which
apparently hasn't made it into testing for a couple of months now
thanks to a build failure on powerpc.

According to the build failure log (link below), the build
process is having trouble finding wish. The build dependencies
include tk8.2, which should set up /usr/bin/wish as an
alternative to /usr/bin/wish8.2 (and does in a chroot environment
on ia64, the only one I can easily test).

scsitools builds on voltaire manually, and on other architectures
automatically. Is there a way to determine why the powerpc buildd
can't build it?
