Configuring XF86conf using built-in video on 7300/200

Hi!

  This may be a newbie question of sorts but I have not found ANYTHING on
the web or in any documentation to help me! :)
  I have a 7300/200 and am trying to get xwindows working at a reasonable
resolution.  Using the defaults it is displaying something like 300x400 or
something ridiculous.  An xterm window in gnome takes up MORE than the
width of the screen!  In addition, The screen appears to be "stretched".
When I move the cursor to the bottom of the screen it scrolls down until I
hit the gnome launching bar.  All I want is for it to just fit! :)
  I am using the onboard built in video for display so anXious could not
detect what board I have.  I would rather get this working than buy a RAGE
128 to put in here.  Thanks in advance for any help!
