you can't, there is no tool that i am aware of that will extract .sit
version 4 or 5 files.  the .sit file format is heavily proprietary.

there is a very very (~ 12 years) old utility that will sort of
extract .sit version 1.5 files.  but its become quite broken over
time, pretty much just creates corrupted files...
