yes I realised this later, I think I had confused it with some battery meter
I saw mentioned on freshmeat a day or two ago.

I remember reding this (I have been squatting on this list for a while now),
I thought about trying it out, but thought it best to first see if there is
more native to pmud apps. I assume this library supports all the
information (ie, battery present, on charge, plugged into mains, battery
level, etc).
