MVME2306: Kernel panic

Hi all,

I install Potato PowerPC PReP on a MVME2306 diskless board.
Install program run correctly, kernel an base system are on the server
(Pentium75+RH6.0)
Now I want to boot but I don't know how to specifie that root fs is a nfs
mount.
Boot parameters seems to be ignored.
What is wrong ??

thanks
Pascal

here is the boot sequence : (/tftpboot/vmlinuz.2300 is a link on
/nfsroot/boot/vmlinuz-2.2.14 and I want to mount /nfsroot as root fs)
