ntpd and keyboard

 Hi folks,

 NTPD is screwed. Yes, it reads from the server. No, it does not work.
 My settings are those at my PowerBook page:

 And, yes, I noted too that the keyboard is misbehaving. It works fine
 with X11, but in text mode all keys are misplaced. I have tried
 creating a better text mode mapping (via kbdconfig), but it still
 does not work.
