DEC chip. de4x5.o is the driver. tulip.o does recognize the card, but
get's massive timeout problems on it. de4x5.o does work quite nice.
Only the mentioned problems (either crashes on ftp transfers with
2.2.10 or "reentering interrupt handler" on 2.2.13 and others).
