Octave, R, pgplot available
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
I have just fixed octave to build on the powerpc and send a patch to the
maintainer. The available packages are both in www.uoa.gr/~kmargar/debian/math
(although you have to rename them from .zip to normal, wrong mime types) and
in valinor.nws.net(220.127.116.11) via ftp (valinor might not have them all
yet, just try later).
There are also r-base, r-cran powerpc packages, although I haven't yet
send a patch to the maintainer (will do soon), and a pgplot5 package (this is
non-free), in the same places.
All packages have passed all tests successfully, they install painlessly and
work without problems (so far, and I don't really expect them to).
PS. I have applied (at last) for a developer, and am waiting any time now a
(hopefully positive) response. If it's ok with the rest, I will upload the
packages to a main site, once I am able to.
