Hi Thorsten and Simon,

thanks for reminding us of #768292.  I think that it reached broad consensus
for the addition of the MPLs to /usr/share/common-licenses.

I attached a patch that modifies the Policy accordingly.

Are we ready to call for seconds on this one ?

For #795402 (Creative Commons licenses), I think that the problem reported
by Simon, that all CCs below 4.0 are a constellation of regional versions,
makes it very hard to include them.
