	I'm glad work has being going on in the background. However,
 that only indicates that the old bug was premature, and, as such,
 was not very useful. 

	When you feel that you are ready, and have a concrete proposal
 to present to the policy group, please start the discussion, open a
 wishlist bug, ask for seconds. Having an ancient and mostly useless
 bug open against policy is not very useful, the clutter hides things
 that need action.

	It is not as if opening a bug report is a costly operation.
