	Feh. If you want to manage menu policy -- fine. Come back with
 a detailed policy patch.  That would be OK. 

	If the hints selection needs to be changed, that needs to be
 worked out. Don't use policy to do design work, though. To get into
 policy things are supposed to be mature -- so use -devel for
 design. Try out a few variants to see what packages may need.

	_Then_ make a policy proposal.
