	If the lsb folk think it is a requirement of the LSB that all
 vendor packages must also conform to the LSB, then I think the SPEC
 is likely to be not very widely implemented (Debian is unlikely to
 agree to the first section of chapter 13, for example, for all debian
 provided packages).
