AFAIK, no.
Linux kernel cannot work with multibyte fonts.
Patches are floating around, but mostly they concentrate
on adding national CJK encodings (yuck - yet another incompatible
console)

Although this would not be that difficult to fix in kernel, you need
console-tools support as well, and since a new better, shiny linux
console driver is being developped (linuxconsole.sourceforge.net), 
it would be probably wiser to concentrate on that (but, god knows when
that gets into kernel...)
