Um, I think RMS made the "accusation", not me.

And, he wasn't "accusing", he was saying Debian had made a mistake.
An understandable mistake, a forgivable mistake, just a mistake.  If
he's right, then it's a mistake, and it should be corrected.  If he's
right, it doesn't mean he made an accusation or anything nasty like
that.

He noticed something that is possibly contrary to the GPL (you do
understand how he could possibly think that, right?) and brought it to
Wichert's attention.  Wichert agreed with him and posted a proposed
policy change, and we're discussing it.  Nobody in that process made
an accusation of anything, just a potential mistake.
