You're right about this one -- and thus, maybe we should only show the
differences between the Urgency-Serial that they're on now and the one
on the package that they're looking at.

So they wouldn't see 1109 , instead they'd see 100, 200 or n -- depending
on how many versions they haven't upgraded in.

This should make the numbers relative (Which they should be) in the eyes
of the user.
