Alternatively, since for lintian all we want is a heuristic, an
approach like this might work:


precondition for testing package named $pkgname:

cd $tmparea
rm -rf bugs.debian.org undocumented
wget -r -l1 bugs.debian.org/$pkgname
find bugs.debian.org -type f | xargs cat >undocumented


test for binary file $binary:

grep -qi "\\<$binary\\>" $tmparea/undocumented



Note that this defaults to always generating a warning if there's no
network conection.
