Note: if people are accessing the documentation through a local Apache
webserver, Apache can be configured to make
http://localhost/doc/... look for pages in both /usr/share/doc and
/usr/doc (if the particular document isn't present in /usr/share/doc).
Are there any webservers we need to support that lack similar
capabilities?
