Bug#31946: AMENDMENT] Adding dpkg-architecture to Packaging Manual

          it is actually integrated into Policy and uploaded and moved into
          the archive, at which time the bug is retitled "[ACCEPTED]..."
          and closed.

	I am leaving for colorado sprrings at an ungodly hour
 tomorrow, but I shall update the changes when I get back on the
 12th. If faster action is deemed necessary, the other people with
 write access for policy are:

     1.   Michael Alan Dorman <mdorman@debian.org>
     2.   Richard Braakman <dark@xs4all.nl>
     3.   Philip Hands <phil@hands.com>

	When I get back from colorado, I shall try and work on some of
 the proposals that ahve been languishing on the policy list (beats me
 why few people seem to want to actually see the amendments through,
 though far many would wring hands and decry the lack of progress).
