	This was discussed, and decided a long time ago on the FSSTND
 list (with flames from XFree folks for the weirdness of Linux people).
 It has since made it's way into the FSSTND and the FHS.

	Good, for that bug would be in violation of policy.

	Any time GNU STEP makes it into the FHS, we shall allow
 /usr/GNUStep or whatever. Barring that, there has to be a darn good
 compelling reason.
