Please take this with care, it is more a question on what a package
needs to additionally satisfy for having a Multi-Arch field added.

Can we do this only for also package which have also some other
constraints updated? I mean the following: [1] gives some guidelines
on how to convert packages. For example for package using dh and
autotools, the compat level needs to be on 9, debhelper at least (>=
9).
