yep, sorry about that: i changed the arrangement because i was doing
more work on Crypt::GCrypt as part of upstream, so it made more sense
for me to have master be upstream's master, and "debian" be the debian
packaging.  I also changed the tags (starting after 1.24) to have the
upstream name in them rather than being ambiguous [0].

I could be convinced to change any of these practices if they're
problematic for the debian perl team, and someone wants to help me learn
a better way to do things, though.
