Unfortunately, this is not true. While ConfigFromFile did have its
copyright information fixed, this package does not. See [0] -- there
is no copyright information specified in this package.
There is no RT ticket opened for this, so we will need to open one (I
didn't file anything for whatever reason, perhaps because it was
already blocked by ConfigFromFile)
