Like each (half or full) year I'd like to do a little cleanup in our svn + git repositories. As usual there are a bunch of packages which have never been uploaded and are still UNRELEASED and haven't seen any activity for months. I'm listing them below with some remarks, and I'm bcc'ing the people who seem to have injected them or worked on them. Please try to take a look at the packages and either make them ready for upload, or remove them, or mention (here or in their d/changelog) what's the status of the package.
