perl 5.10 and Makefile.PL (was: Bug#458143: libpod-simple-perl FTBFS with perl from experimental)

Ah, it's this "new" invocation.
Good, then my picture sharpens ...

Does anybody dare to guess yet if we really have to change all (or:
allmost all) of our packages?
