Patch revision
 - Change 'apt-cache pkgnames' to read .gz file, like popcon: examples/bin/popanal.py
 - Add option to user choose the folder of output data

Update popcon clusters script
 - Discard non-popular packages (<100 votes?)
 - Randomly perturb input data
 - Use a variable portion of the submissions to calculate clusters, not the full set
