Bug#882882: /usr/bin/libreoffice: Fails to start after update

Package: libreoffice-common
Version: 1:5.4.3-3
Severity: important
File: /usr/bin/libreoffice

Dear Maintainer,

After updating libreoffice for the last 3 times, after every update, I cannot start libreoffice.
Instead the following error appears:
"The application cannot be started. Extension Manager: exception in synchronize"

The problem can easily rectified by changing the timestamp of a file in my profile:
cd ~/.config/libreoffice/4/user/extensions/bundled
touch lastsynchronized

I can easily reproduce the error by setting the time stamp of the lastsynchronized file to
a date before the update, e.g.
touch --date "2017-11-10" lastsynchronized

Should some package update set this time stamp, but fails to do so?
The error appears each time since at least 3 libreoffice updates via aptitude package manager.

I do not know which package is directly responsible for this, maybe the following helps:
The error did not happen after updating the following packages:
