You know, there's changelogs of packages? Maybe you should have a look?

-kde was a bit buggy and for KDE4/Qt4 so it was disabled because Qt4 should go away.

The oxygen theme for LO is basically unmaintained and thus was disabled, too. TTBOMK
"standard" iconset for KDE5 is breeze anyway. Which also was done upstream per default
for 6.0.0 I think:
