Yes. This sounds like http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=64719.
Marking as forwarded, but I would not have much hope, it was reported
against 2.0.2(!) and it assined to the de-facto black hole requirements....

Sounds like a config problem to me, but I see your point.
