Bug#558682: openoffice.org: Should show warning when printing with mismatched papersizes (a4/letter)

When printing an A4 format document from OpenOffice, and the printer is set to
Letter [*], no warnings are shown, and printing is successful. However the printed
document has its margins cut.
I think that OpenOffice should show a warning when printing with mismatched
papersizes, and perhaps even suggest changing the printer paper size (in
File->Printer Settings), when changing the paper size in Format->Page.
[*] I recently reinstalled my printer driver in CUPS, and it set the default paper
size to letter (apparently my /etc/papersize was letter, and not a4).
This caused A4 pages printed from OpenOffice to have their margins cut, without
any warning that there is a mismatch between paper sizes.
