Sure, but hunspell-fr conflicts on myspell-fr and myspell-fr-gut so it has
to provide the same dictionaries otherwise non-France users will be missing
a dictionary.

I should have been explained myself better here. The languages are so
similar (same spelling and all) that the paper-based dictionaries from
France are also used in other countries as well. The differences lie mostly
in how each word is used in different countries.

Also, if you look at myspell-fr and myspell-fr-gut, they both use the same
dictionary for all 5 locales [0]. So I think that it's fine for hunspell-fr
to do the same.
