Bug#284047: openoffice.org: PDF files much larger than with previous versions (<1.1.3-3)

On the same Writer documents, OOo 1.1.3-3 creates PDF files that are some 40%
larger than the PDF files created by previous versions. I've been using the
"print optimized" pdf export option.

These documents contain Nimbus fonts, for which I filed a seperate bug:

I do not know if these bugs are related.
