First
	cp openoffice.org-1.0.0/debian/MANIFEST.$ARCH.new to
	openoffice-1.0.0-3/debian/MANIFEST.$ARCH.

then 
	cd openoffice.org-1.0.0 ; rm debian/stampdir/setup 
	dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -rfakeroot

That should finish the build :)
