rpath problem is a very well known, and recursive problem. I don't know
if it is really an ocaml issue. 

Anyway, the correction of this lintian warning is trivial : 
Build-dep on chrpath

After installation :
chrpath -d the-lib-with-rpath

I do it regularly for most of the package coming with a C library.
