BTW, the question about nick/vs real names should be handled in my opinion
by DAM or a GR, the question I would like to know, has been posted also
by Paultag

*HOW* can he get signatures? *WHO* can verify the identity?
*WHO* is in charge of keeping it private? (DAM?)
*IS* acceptable to sign an identity without knowing the person behind it?
