I advocate Shih-Yuan Lee to become Debian Developer, uploading.
The current status of Shih-Yuan Lee is Debian Maintainer.

I advocate Shih-Yuan Lee (FourDollars) to become Debian Developer.
I know Shih-Yuan Lee (FourDollars) since 2009. He is always willing to help
people to use Debian, and teaches others how to create a Debian package. In
2015, he hold a 11 courses per week to show community member how to create a
properly Debian package. As a Debian Maintainer, he maintains 9 packages [0]
by now and all of them are in good shape.
As for communication skill, he has communicated with government to change its
font package fonts-cns11643 to become DFSG compatible. With his great help,
this package now becomes an official Debian package.
His patient for rookie and Debian packaging skill make he a good candidate for
Debian Developer.
