I advocate Ben Finney to become Debian Developer, non-uploading.

The current status of Ben Finney is Debian Maintainer.

I have worked closely with Ben Finney <ben+debian@benfinney.id.au> 517C F14B B2F3 98B0 CB35  4855 B8B2 4C06 AC12 8405 for quite some time on at least two packages that he maintains, python-lockfile and python-coverage.  I am confident that Ben has what it takes to be fully trusted with unsupervised, unrestricted uploads to the archive right now.
