Hi Joe,
Debian doesn't have employees. We're a purely volunteer organization.
We'd certainly love to see more contributors and more people involved who
care about the goals and ideals of the project! But I'm afraid that if
you're specifically looking for paid employment, you're looking in the
wrong place.
