Advocacy for Matt Hart

I advocate Matt Hart to become Debian Maintainer.
The current status of Matt Hart is Debian Contributor.
Advocacy text:
I've worked with Matt for over a year so far and he has a sound knowledge of administering Debian systems, virtualisation, ARM hardware and software automation.
He is keen to develop software within Debian and I would like him to be Debian Maintainer for his current upstream package, lavapdu with a view to adding more packages in time.
Matt is a strong advocate of Debian and free software in general and I am confident he will be a good addition to Debian.
