I know ChangZhuo Chen (陳昌倬) <czchen@gmail.com> EC9F 905D 866D BE46
A896 C827 BE0C 9242 03F4 552D for a very long time. I know czchen can
be trusted to have full, unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the
archive right now.
He is a very capable programmer. He joined libchewing upstream
starting from fixing small bugs then tackled bigger architecture
changes. Now he is one of the primary maintainers of the chewing
project. Later he developed interest in maintaining Debian
packages. We fixed many libchewing bugs together that are found in the
Debian package. He also cleaned up many other Traditional Chinese
inputmethod packages. Now he is in the pkg-ime team.
He is very careful when writing code and maintaining packages. He
pursued code that compiles cleanly and passes tests, lots of tests. I
believe him shares the value of Debian and would be a great help of
our project.
Note: The nm.debian.org site doesn't recognize czchen as a DM because
the database is out of sync. He has been a DM for over six months.
