Hi, a few months ago Michele contacted the debian-x team to help getting xserver 1.14 into the archive. Since then he's worked on updating a number of drivers. His work was really good, and he quickly fixed a couple issues I noticed. We then met at DebConf13, and I'm quite confident that Michele should be given DM upload rights and will do a great job, and work well with other developers. Cheers, Julien
