Heguchi-san is enthusiastic person for debian. He became Debian Maintainer
6 months ago.

He read and agreed Debian Social Contract and DFSG. And I and other
Debian Developer signed his GPG key.

I helped him to upload some debian packages. He has already uploaded
gkrelluim, pidgin-twitter packages into debian archive. And he has joined
team who maintain uim and w3m pacage. He squashed some RC bugs when
Squeeze had released.

He was ex-colleague. I know him well. He show me his skill and enthusiasm
I am sure of being his contributing.
That is why I advocating him.
