I would like to support Ryan's application to do unsupervised upload of his
current packages. He has been working for a couple of years within kde-extras
for his KDE related packages and I have reviewed his packages there.
I have sponsored him a few times and I have worked with him in several occasion
although I was not always the final uploader.
